Can anyone tell me what years the cleaveland, oh tags were used on the inside of the drums? Also, my 20" base has unidentified hardware for its legs. Im wondering if you purchased the drums individually, did you have to put your own legs on? anyone know?

Hello and welcome !

Am assuming we are talking the "script badge" Rogers Clevelands, here.

I believe that Cleveland drums were 1958-1965

Dayton drums were 1966-1969

Fullerton,California drums were 1969-1983

(all of this give or take a year)

Sounds like they are aftermarket spurs on there. If you post a pic we can tell for sure.

I have never heard of a Rogers Bass drum w/o stock spurs initially installed.

Yes the script badge identifier (on this site) puts the production date from 61 - 68/69. I can post pics later but im at work right now. The reason i thought maybe the bass came w/o legs is because when i was scrolling thru the old catalog pages, in the back where it sells indiv drum; the bass drum from the holiday line, is pictured w/o legs. So i just figured someone purchased each peice inv (the origional owner passed on about 12 years ago) and installed his own legs. There is only one hole for each leg, not the 5 hole setup for the swivo hardware.
