One more question. If I would keep the hardware on the acrolite and buy new hardware for the pioneer, what would fit? Are there any replica lugs, strainer that would work/fit?

Any modern P-85 strainer and butt should work. They do make replica lugs, those would likely fit. Truthfully you may be able to find 6 Ludwig snare lugs on the cheap. I'd give the eBay a look, maybe someone on here has six kicking around.

Ok, finally I got the shell. I have some questions about if I should do anything to the edges, inside etc or if everything looks allright to you? Should I expect the edges to have small dimps, and also the joint where the shell overlaps the other, it looks like little separation. Thankful for all comments because don´t have any experience from these old shells.

You might want to try tube lugs on that shell---pretty affordable, & vintage-looking.....marko

Not exactly "vintage looking", but I have seen a few people on the forums put cool 6 lugger shells in a Pearl free-floating mechanism. If you want to hear what your Pioneer would sound like with 10 lugs just for kicks & without drilling.
