Can someone help me appraise? Last viewed: 9 hours ago

I have a Ludwig Rockers snare. Badge is rounded blue and olive with serial number 3052862. I'm pretty sure it's from the mid to late 80's as I was in middle school when I bought it. Wondering what it might be worth now. Made in USA it says.

Thanks

Hi SpiritVet...and Welcome to the forum!

Without seeing pictures, a typical price for a Rockers snare drum might be around $80-$100. Not really too much value with these.

Yes. That is what is confusing me. It has a blue and olive badge and serial number but the drum head says rockers.....will try to post pics but not computer savvy.....bear with me. I bought it new and it's in near excellent condition. With stand and hard case.

Ludwig Acrolite, Seamless aluminum shell,Nice little snare drum, one of the best bang for your buck drums around.I am not an expert but probably a 70's era drum.

Keystone badge brings more money,in my neck of the woods that is a 100.00 125.00 I think.

OK.....this is helping me! Now.....dumb question.....where do I sell it? Hahaha.....I had it in a garage sale and got an inkling that it might be worth more than I was asking. Might the value go up in time? I don't use it but would like to get it's worth or would be willing to hang on to it longer if it might be more sought after later. Vintage Drum Guru.....what is your neck of the woods? I'm here in TEXAS! lol

From your pics you have The UFO hard plastic case and the snare stand do you have the rubber practice pad also? This was the kit you'd get in staring school band. with all that you have I'd ask for 145.00 and up to 165.00 It's a late 70's model
