I just Received a bunch of 60's Ludwig parts and with them was this Keystone Badge. Look like someone ripped it off the drum with there hands. Badge was completely bent out of shape. I managed to get in flatten back out and any wrinkles pressed out of it but in doing so some of the Tarnish came off. Not sure how but it did.

So My question is what the best way to clean this badge???? Can I use super fine steel wool or would I be better using a brass cleaner like Brasso?????

I wouldn't use brasso. I've cleaned them up just using chrome polish and gently messaging with a soft rag and then hand buff.

Good rule of thumb when it comes to restoring anything metal on a drum... never use abrasives!
