This set of Rogers are on C/L they are asking 500.00 to me why over priced...But the snare maybe be sonething....Mikey

That looks like a Ludwig Super-Sensitive or Super-Ludwig from the late 20's early 30's. The end of the snare looks to have the mechanism from what these old eyes can see.

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

BBK, That's what i was thinking but it cound be also a Leddy snare..The set is just 3 miles from me,i don't know if the guy will sell just the snare drum,i just can not see spending 500.00 for the set..The guy told me it's missing the F/T legs and the tom mount,front hoop T's and claws...Maybe i will offer 300.00 for the set just it get the snare....Mikey
