Slingerland, I stopped by a couple of times and missed you all of them. JC, Matt, don't know how I missed you guys....

The show was great! My first time ever and boy I was amazed how big it was. We arrived Sunday at 9:30 and watched the little kid band "LIvewire" set up then listen to a few tunes. I met Gary (jaghog) and got to play on the amazing stainless octaplus. Then I met Jerry and Mendozart and got to play their fiberglass drums (very sweet). Also met KCdrumdad, all of you guys had really nice drums to show off. Thanks to the guys who let me play their drums. Had a good time, will go again for sure. Here are a few pics from the show.

I had my monster Sling set up only on Sat, I brought it home that night and we tried to focus on selling on Sunday, since it took up 80% of the booth. so if you came Sunday, I apologize, the set was gone. Since we had three poeple running our booth, I spent alot of time looking around the show, it was a great honor and pleasue to have one of the nicest guys I ever met as my neighbor, in booth 17, our fellow forum member, Gary (jaghog)

I learned alot at this show, even though I spent more money on gear than what I sold at the booth. Their were some great deals, if you looked for them,(and found them before Steve Maxwell did LOL) Ludwig had a display there and had some really sweet snares, for those that missed the Sat display here ya go

It was my first time at the Chicago show and I was very happy with the results that I got setting up as a vendor at the show. I had a Slingerland kit set up as well in my booth and is pictured below. If you were one of the many people that stopped by my booth over the weekend and said hello then I want to thank you.
