It of course is the JB connection, But the prices have risen quite a bit in the last year,I think it is due to the forums ranting about the originals as I am one of the leaders in this area, same thing as with acrolite they have been discussed to death prices have gone up on them .

Yep I agree. Saw the same thing with Radio Kings. I got in on the tail end of a few inexpensive deals. Then prices started to soar. Things seemed to have peaked a bit and slowly coming down on some items.

A ching ring is on my list of things to aquire someday!! I'll wait for the prices to drop back down a bit though. :) They have such a cool sound.

I`ve got a Ching Ring in one of my basement boxes-think i can find it?-nope...They do sound great and i agree with what was mentioned about the ones with pat.pending are the most sought after, as are those in nice condition.Most of them suffered badly under the sticks of not very accurate players.Mine will likely fall into that category if i ever find it,lol.
