hi all,I just received the club date tom and bass i bought from "gretsch that stole xmas"and I really love them!!!So now I'm desperatly searching for the matching 14" floor tom!!!!PLEASE HELP ME!!! :p

What finish?I have a 1967 14x14 Club Date in champagne sparkle. Chrome hardware. Overall I'd say an "8-out-of-10" as to condition. Just ordered new Ludwig Weathermaster heads.I've also got a 14x20 BD and 8x12 tom in the same finish and about the same condition (and new heads ordered, too). But they are 1966 and have nickel hardware.So, I've been thinking of offering the 20 & 12 as a set, and the 14x14 seperate...Bill

My BD and tom are from 1967 with chrome hardware but they are red sparkle!! How much would you like for it?? If the wrap is good I guess I can settle with a red and champagne combo! If not, i can rewrap :pStedi, I'll post pics in the gallery soon!! They sound amazing, maybe you could come over sometime to check them out ;)GrtsDennis

Dennis,I'll keep my eyes open for a red sparkle one (I wouldn't want you to rewrap the champagne one anyway!). However, the champagne set I have now is the third Club Date set I've had since June -- so maybe one will turn up.I do have a friend that has a 14x14 MIJ in red sparkle with the center lugs -- so if that might do until you locate another, let me know...Bill

I would never rewrap an original wrap in good condition! I'd be a fool!!That being said, the MIJ sounds interesting! Is it a 3 ply with re-rings??The option I choose depends strongly on the money it'll cost, I can have one custom made, exact replica, but that would cost me $575 :(Thanks for the help so far!
