That looks like the four bolt Walberg & Auge rail consolette with phone dial ratchet and long riser arm. I have that mount on a few different brands of drum sets for whom W&A supplied hardware. With no brand name on it, the assembly could be a W&A item that drum shops or music stores kept in stock to install on any brand of drum. There is also a possibility that it could be a very authentic looking Asain made copy of a W&A product.

Looks like a MIJ rail to me. The ratchet is different from the phone dial version and is not the same at the later Ludwig one.

Someone mentioned that to me that it might a Walberg & Auge. The reason I ask is I'm selling it.
