I would hold them accountable for their mistake. If they are any kind of reputable business they will chalk it up to their mistake and honor the sale they made you. That is my .02

The post was actually taken down right after I purchased the kit online last night. The description was extremely simple and vague. Just said customized kit and the price. Bad business that they didn't even apologize for the mistake or offer me a deal. Just said that their associate posted the wrong picture and informed me that my credit card would be refunded. Then if I wanted to repurchase the kit I could. They want 349.00 for it now which is still a really good deal but not that good a deal when finally shipped out to Arizona. They said they could offer me a discount on shipping after I suggested it. I asked for more pics but I am guessing I will probably pass on this one. Once I get em back and decide I'll post em and let you guys know where they are at if someone else wants to grab em. It would be a no brainer if I could go purchase in store. Oh and just for giggles here is what the actual $124.00 customized Percussion Plus kit is if your interested! I would out of principal pass on the deal. They want $349 and they did sell it to you (on accident) for what $125? So they are willing to loose you as a repeat customer as well as have their reputation at least among us (and any other sites you post on) down the drain for $200?? They likely only have $125 in that WFL kit. Sorry to hear about that. If anything you could report them to the BBB. To me it's a matter of principle and we are not talking about a huge some of money.

Steve is correct: 'Bait and switch' is illegal. Mistake or not, by law they have to sell you the kit they advertised at the advertized price. If they screwed up, they just have to eat it. I would fight for this one!

Tell them you want the kit you purchased -as per their ad- at the price they asked for. Period.

Too many great drums to list here!

The actual asking price- not the error, is still good. I'd not want the H.S. kid that made the mistake fired for the principle of it all- I'd pay the $350,and have a good night's sleep...

Would love to see someone from the Forum get em! I am bowing out on this one. Great deal for $350 not so great for $500.00 shipped to AZ. Still good but I can only afford great deals right now. It s at The Music Go Round in Missouri! The kick looks like a Leedy painted to match the rest of the WFL Stuff. Looks like the other T-Rods and claws are present which is good. Here are some more pics they sent me:

Boy those look like some shells I painted, but mine went to New York not Missouri. Heck, they seem to be the same size also. The ones I did were 7x14, 9x13, 14x16, 14x28. Makes me wonder!
