Is it basically identical to the blue/olive era? The one I found has a black and white logo which I assume is 80s?
Thanks, much to learn.

the 80's supra started with b/o badge with rounded corners. then it went to the large keystone badge, chicago and then monroe.
the black and white badges on a metal chrome drum should be a steel shell most likely, probably with bowtie lugs instead of imperial lugs. they also used the black and white badge on the black galaxy acrolites.

Thanks a bunch, that looks just like it. ALthough I am tempted because it is cheap, I think Im going to hold out for a blue/olive....
those are some nice inexpensive drums. they might even be imports though. they don't share the same shell as the supra. the acrolites, however, are the exact shells with just 8 lugs and a different finish. and they can be had on the cheap as well.

This drum in question is NOT a supraphonic. This is a steel shell import with ludwig classic style lugs from the mid 2000's. While it is technically a Ludwig in name, it is not a "real" ludwig.
