Lots of cymbals, snares and orphans, old and newish
I gotta feel the sticks. no gloves.
I have never tried them. Might like 'em. Might not.
Never in over 40 yrs.I cant stand any kind of gloves on my hands..feels wierd.
I have never tried them or actually seen them. I never understood what was up with wearing gloves. What are you protecting your hands from?
In Santa Claus parades (playing marching snare in the friggin' sleet) I wear fingerless gloves.
Because we use traditional grip on the snare line, the open fingers still allow for the manual dexterity traditional grip calls for but the glove keeps the palm and back of the hand warm.
I really hate doing those parades. If it weren't for the little kids on the side of the street rockin' to our street cadence I wouldn't do the Santa parades...
