drum lugs section ??? Last viewed: 2 hours ago

I think that it would be great to have a part of forum dedicated just to different kind of drum lugs (not just snare drum lugs). Like there is in "Vintage drum identification - drum hardware" but with all type of lugs that we can find pictures of. Sorted by brands , and there different lugs for deferent year of manufacture, or model... (like there is for drum badges). We could all contribute with pictures of anything we find, and it would be a great help as start point of identification of some drum, that for example don't have a badge.....

If there is something like these , I sorry, but just a thought.....D' Drummer

It's because when I am looking at some drum, it's hard to find information about it without asking about every single one, and it's a little too much for other members. So it would be nice to when you see the lug and/or the badge to be able to find on one place which brand it is, what year could be, which wood, which model it could be, and some other possible infos or directions of investigation....

I hope that admins or whoever runs the site will consider this as a improvement of drum identification.

Please join discussion about this, maybe with some ideas or just approval / not ?

I think that is such a great idea. There are so many times I'm searching for pics of lugs just to help ID a drum. Plus there are some pretty cool ones that are just neat to see.
