That's a Slingerland 30's Universal 6 lug model.
Nice drum, I wish I was in the U.S. and nearby, I'd snap it up in an instant.
Not the most collectable Slingerland drum but if you need it to fill a gap in your collection then go for it. Or get it and sell it to me..
