Not much of a market there, I reckon. $10 to 15?

Less than an international 12", for sure.

Is this a diecast 5 hole or a diecast 6 hole?

I can't believe that there aren't people out there desperately looking for one of those because so many toms had their bottom hoops taken off. 10-15 seems low.

My same thoughts..

That's a run of the mill, Ludwig 12" price on that, and mine is a rare,45 year old,die cast hoop!

Wishful thinking, I'm afraid.

The difficulty lies in finding such people.

Besides, I believe the mindless vandalism to which you refer happened after the pre-international period.Eye Ball

If I had such a drum missing one hoop, I might very well be content with the convenience offered by a generic triple flange.... once I'd tracked down 6 tension rods with the correct thread size.

T rods are same thread as American, aren't they?

Also,if someone has a Pre- International drum,it still sent through the 70's,so there is a good chance that someone took off the bottom rim,and tossed it...

Are they? I don't know.

As to values... I'm on your side.

As the owner of 5 vintage snares (two R.A.s; two 2000s; one 2005) and a 1969 18/12/14 set, I have all the Premier drums I could want, so, the more valuable they become in the vintage market, the happier I am, though I'm not looking to sell any of my Premiers at the moment.
