I've got a few Ludwig round knob mufflers in which the round felt has come unattached (unglued?) from the round disc that it attaches too. Have any of you had success reattaching these? And if so, what did you use? Thanks.

Glued a different color onto existing with model glue. Dries in a few hours.

I would imagine it would work felt to metal. I`ve done it with painters caulking too. (all I had laying around) You don`t have to, but should get 90% adhesion though. (just so it don`t drip out.)

It`s a drum,.....Hit It !!

Mikey - Gorilla Glue, I think they call it, Gorilla Snot. It is a brown glue that will stick anything to anything else... forever. I glued a felt muffler pad to the holder some years ago and it's still good as new. Just a couple of well-placed drops on the holder will do it.

Too many great drums to list here!
