Finally complete! 1950-'53 Radio King 7X14 Hollywood Ace Last viewed: 3 hours ago

You know, after 8 months of working on her, the nervous factor is second only to waiting the birth of my daughter  This is my first restoration - I'm so thankful and grateful for all of the help I got from the generous people on this forum. Without your help, both on and off site, I wouldn't have had the courage to attempt it. It's been waiting over 30 years to sing, and boy can she sing! I finally feel like I'm adopted into the VDF family, and it feels great! Please let me know what you think, or if you'd like to see any other pics. I can't wait to get started on the next one!

Oh my! That drum looks perfect to me, Great job! I'm looking for one just like that but in Black Diamond Pearl. I've got the kit but not the snare. Congratulations on a beautiful job!

HER? Are you referring to to your daughter?

I'm confused by your post, because a drum is an IT, not a "SHE".
