I have a vintage Premier Lok Fast snare drum stand and the threads on the bolt at the bottom have stripped out. You know the one that tightens for the tripod? Yep...that's the one. Consequently the stand has a bit of wobble to it. Can that be repaired (re-threaded, etc) or replaced, or did I have to figure out a way to rig it the best I can to make it work? Thanks! Mark

Why not remove the T/wing nut and chase the thread with a die?Then replace the nut inside the T handle.
