This is a super nice Ludwig 1123 flat base hi hat stand. This one is smooth as they come. These were made for a very short period in the early 60's. Ringo played one of these for years. These are the first of the spurlok stands and the only one in flat base configuration. These are the ones to own! It has been thoroughly detailed and is ready to use. The board shows hardly any wear. Rubber leg tips are like new. Top rod is in nice shape and not chewed up like many. Includes Ludwig hi hat clutch as well. It also has the original correct rubber hat cup with bottom hat adjuster. The little center rubber stem is gone as they usually are. This one does includes the strap and ball bearing underneath that are almost always missing. This helps keep the footboard rod held into the base of the pedal. Has both original wing nuts as well. These used to sell for 350 on any given day.
