These are by far my favorite snare drums. I love everything about them. This one is "mine" from my personal stuff. Really need some Christmas funds, so it must go. This is a beautiful 1965 Ludwig 5x14 8 lug Acrolite. Serial number is 212761.This drum is completely original including heads, snare wires and cords. Has the original Ludwig orchestra batter head and Ludwig snare side head. Has the P83 throwoff and resin tip 2517124 20 strand original snare wires and script logo snare butt. White felt baseball bat muffler and chrome over steel hoops are all accurate for this period. It's in great condition and only has a few surface scratches here and there. There is a previous owner's(?) name on the inside with a piece of tape. Drum has been put away for a while and I will give it the usual fresh detail before it heads out to you.
