This is a 5.25" x14 8 lug Ludwig Jazz Festival in Silver Sparkle. No date stamp inside but most likely a late '66 drum based on the 382192 serial number. This drum is in very nice condition. It is completely original with the exception of the heads which are a fresh Corders smooth white batter head and an older Remo clear Ambassador snare side head. This has the white felt baseball bat muffler, P83 strainer and Ludwig script logo 18 strand chrome tip original wires and snare cords. Very little fade on the shell as shown with the picture of the bare shell. Bearing edges and white resacote interior are beautiful as is the chrome hardware. The hoops have a few finish imperfections but still look nice overall. All original tension rods and brass washers present. The wrap is near perfect on this one with no scratches or any issues at all. It has "the sound" as most of these old 3 ply Jazz Festivals do.
