bought this one awhile back thinking it was a black lacquer pioneer from the pics. came in with original solid green duco. this is a very uncommon color as a solid color. you often see this with the gold center color or the silver center color. this is only the second one that i have seen in the solid finish with green.

the paint looks very nice for its age. has some crazing in the finish that you see on these older paints. there is just a little paint that has lifted right above a few of the lugs. you can see a bit of the maple underneath. has the one spot near the badge that shows up. has nice clean nickel hardware. has a mint looking set of the original clear tip Ludwig 12 strand wires. p83 works real smooth on it. has the white felt baseball bat muffler.

has an interior date stamp of may 18, 1967. the serial number is 506638. badge is good and tight. beautiful original white resacote interior. it sounds great as most all of these do. its ready to play out the box! remo coated ambassador on the batter and also a clear ambassador snare side head.
