This is new old stock! Ludwig made 250 of these back in 2009 for Guitar Center. I bought this new from Guitar Center about 3 years ago. I played it for a few minutes and tucked it away for safekeeping. The original box was gone by the time I purchased it. This is a 10 lug, 7 ply classic maple, 5x14 drum. I think Ludwig called them Jazz Festival reissues. This one has a label inside and designates it as number 230 of 250 made. It has bowtie lugs, P85 strainer and p33 snare butt. Has original Ludwig 100th anniversary heads and 20 strand wires. This are also fitted with the 100th anniversary badges as well. The drum is completely original. These have a wonderful sound to them and will certainly be sought after by collectors. Hate to sell it, but finances say otherwise.
