Forum Intro Last viewed: 4 hours ago

Hi! I noticed another guy post an "forum intro" so i thought i should too. My name is Jeremiah and I'm 16, I've been drumming for about 3.5 years. I am pretty new to the vintage drum scene. My love for vintage stuff started at the beginning of this year (2011) and it hasn't ceased yet! I am currently restoring an early 70's Rogers (24,14,18 and i'd like to add a 16). I'm staining these red mahogany. It's a slow process due to my limited funds, but i'm trying. I also have a 60's MIJ jazz kit that needs cleaned up a tad, a good saturday's work, but i've yet to do it. ANYWAYS, to get off my tangent; I'm new to the VDF! Anxious to talk with you guys when i need help! Thanks!

---Jeremiah

Welcome! Glad your here, now take some pix! I certainly hope you didn't trash an otherwise good wrap in order to stain those shells....
