I just removed the wrap off an MIJ snare shell I am going to use a different wrap on. It is red sparkle, very small chip / fine sparkle. It was on a snare shell that was 8 lug and an MIJ strainer (I believe to be the common Zoomatic knock-off. I almost decided to seek out a trade with someone because the wrap was in such good condition and seemed to be glued on and SO TIGHT. Eventually I convinced myself to just dive into it and not give up the great solid shell it was on.

Well, once I got going with it, though glued, it popped right off with a razor blade. My removal was not perfect, but the damage was minimal. It still is in good shape......and FREE for your project.....
