It's a George Way Spartan snare drum. Some guy has been trying to sell one on ebay for the longest time with no apparent takers at his $900.+ asking price.

More realistic would be, $450. to $650.

BTW, don't mind answering your question... but an introduction would be nice.

That's a 6.5x14. Very cool find! Not a Spartan as those have single flange hoops with clips. Yours is an Aristocrat model. Hard to tell from the pics but it looks like a first generation which would date the drum to approx. 1957.

Yes I do collect George Way drums. Original George Way keys have WayBest stamped into them. I have no idea what brand key yours is.
