Probably a heavier stick? There is some similar ones around. Never seen those before, but I have metal tipped Ludwig sticks that are basically the same, the are heavier to practice with just to warm up and get loose.
Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....
