I guess so, it looks like a heavy-duty version. The 3M spray adhesive in the blue can is good enough. I've never used the Super-77 version so I can't offer any advice. The regular 3M spray works fine.

What is the name of the 3m spray you mean, the regular one?

I've used the 3m super 77 high strength it works great just be sure to move along it dries fairly quick once dried the foam is good and secure.

There is super 77, high strength 90, and super trim adhesive in ascending order of strength.
