Now thats a rare snare.The color being a S.S .Ludwig did not make alot of these in S.S most had the P-85 strainer .In 35+ years in dealing in vintage drums i have only seen a few of these in clear and yellow was the colors never seen a green one.If the drum has no cracks ete.I would say start at 500.00 and see were the bidding goes.Iam thinking 700.00+....Mikey

I agree with Mikey and Buzz. This one sold 2 years ago on ebay for $640 and it's not an SS

500.00 is a good point to start, but my bet is closer than 700.00 and counting

Bun sold a Green vistalite Supra at the last Chicago show. I don't know exactly what he sold it for but I think it was somewhere around $400. That one had the P-85 instead of the SS mechanism though.

If I were selling it, I'd start the auction at $800, or more. That one is not likely to come along again anytime soon.

This drum or one like it sold for $680 a year ago on the bay.
