I foumd another picture,looks like there were 4 original spurs,looks like there are 2 brackets on each side of bass drum

Bass appears to be Stop Sign Badge between '70 and '79-ish, rack toms are 80's, and I can't see the floor badge. I'm a little confused by the extra leg mount on the floor tom as well.

I wonder if the extra Gretsch legs were added to keep it from moving, and when that didn't work the Sonors were added?

There is certainly a price where I'd personally buy that kit. What are they asking?

That was a pretty good price even if those were in the USA with an 18" SSB bass drum.

I can't imagine there are many vintage Gretsch sets with 18" basses floating around Serbia so it doesn't surprise me that someone snatched them up quick despite the couple of visible oddities.
