Shell is in fair condition with a few issues. The innermost ply has a few cracks through some of the mounting holes. There are multiple extra holes where an aftermarket strainer and butt were added. The interior was also painted with a glossy silver paint.

The shell is factory drilled for a Micro Sensitive strainer, one point butt and 8 lugs. Heads fit very well and the drum sounds great when tuned up. The original red sparkle wrap is still brilliant and the round badge is tight. When I received the drum, it had a Dunnett strainer, Pearl butt and Slingerland muffler with Stick Saver hoops. I have some of these parts if you are interested. I was originally going to add the new Gretsch Microsensitive Strainer and get this thing back to some kind of glory but have too many project irons in the fire and not enough resources.
