Don't know man, that seems to be top dollar for Catalina Maple, and you are missing parts. I see these all over C/L for 300 and sometimes more, but they sit, never selling, unless the seller as them in the 300 range. Wen they are at this level, they sit.

Here is a sold kit, 5 pc, on ebay, new.
