Set has zero fade . Looks dark in the first photo but it is not . Zero fade .

If this kit had round badges on it , it'd fetch close to $ 10, 000 . Only difference is the badges . Edges perfect . No fade . Made in NY . Just missing Pratt and the seams need a little glue which is par for the course with vintage Gretsch .
