Gretsch ID, please Last viewed: 39 minutes ago

Found these drums for sale really cheap. But I am a bit confused over their age. I know little to nothing about Gretsch, but the larger tom seems to be from the 70´s (Stopsign badge). The right tom is newer (but how much). No badge visible on the bass drum, but clearly marked Gretsch on the tom holder.

-Any Gretsch expert who can help me?

this kit is a drop g era kit from 1979 to the 80's. the tom mount is the monster mount and some of the worst hardwre gretsch ever built. just don't tighten the mount to hard or it will dent it. If it's not already, but the drums are top of the line pro quality for that era.Jasper shells.

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!

The interior tags are the best way to date. Full tag? SN? Hand-written or stamped Model#.

Well it didn't have the floor tom anyway. If it had the 14" floor tom, you would have to buy them no matter what!
