Bakelite (early plastic) yellows over time,so those lugs could have been white at 1 time!

These are sweet. I almost bought them from him, as I'm into the kick-hat-snare thing, and this would be perfect...except that this bass is huge! He paid even more for them, and is selling at a loss. He'll take even less, but wanted to charge too much to ship them.
