I agree with the comments above.

The BD lugs look 60's to me - I have a 58 kit bought new in 60 and the bd lugs were the fawcet-style as in my photo here. The diamond leg plates on the floor tom appear to be 50's (screwheads showing on the outside). And yes - that's correct re: the mutes.
