I'm new to this forum and wondered if anyone can help me with info regarding the value of an old Gretsch Defender drum kit,that I have... Everything seems original with the exception of the bass drum head decal , a replacement snare bottom head and the metal snare stand....any experts out there , that can help me ???.....thanks

This past winter I sold my set for $475.00 after many times listing on eBay with no takers and finally selling them on craigslist to a collector in PA. Now, I only had the Bass Drum and the 2 Toms, so I'm sure you could get a lot more for your set with that Snare, cymbals, Pedal, woodblock, etc.. I would think they are worth $1000.00 to $1200.00 maybe more depending on what type of cymbals you have there. Good Luck with them, They are a great looking set. Cool1
