Have decided to sell a few of my kits to keep from winding up on 'Hoarders'... Last viewed: 19 hours ago

Hi guys. My name is Mike. I actually signed up for this site several months ago after seeing a listing for a set of Ludwig Classic Maple drums in Bonham sizes (which I bought). I haven't done much posting though, as I don't do a whole lot on the internet, aside from checking email and buying more and more drum sets that I don't really have the room for... haha.

I actually just finished watching an episode of "Hoarders" and have finally gotten up the nerve to let go of a few of my kits. I just seriously don't have the room and even have two storage units (only full of DRUMS) as it is... it's getting a little out of control at this point. I thought this might be a great place to sell a kit, as I know it would be going to a good home and I wouldn't have to deal with Craigslist or getting lowballed at the local Guitar-Mart either.

So I'm going to stick my foot in the water... here goes...

Ludwig Classic Maple drums in red sparkle. They're in very good condition. The sizes on these are-

9x13"

16x16"

14x24"

I'd like to get $850 for these, and could put a different front head on the bass drum... unless your initials happen to be "MH" too. :)

I prefer to deal locally, and would even drive within a 100 mi. radius to deliver these. I am leery of shipping any drums. I live in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Thanks a lot.

Man, I wish I had the money for this. Maybe if I was to sell my new Ludwig Classic 12 14 20 downbeat kit in Black Galaxy I could afford these... :)

I love Black Galaxy. Nice. :)

By the way, I have a set of Cleveland era blue sparkle Rogers drums too (I said I was crazy, haha). I love them. The bass drum sounds huge, especially for being so small.

Okay, here they are... but these aren't for sale. I only mentioned them before because I noticed that "mrboombip" has a set too. :)

Ahhh, beautiful! My favorite kit, and it always will be. It's the one that started my vintage drum obsession. Cool Dude

Well mrboombip, if you do sell your black galaxy kit, let me know if you're still interested in mine. And if it weren't for me wanting to downsize a bit, I wouldn't mind buying yours! :)

Hey Mike, not sure if you would be interested in trading the kit for a 13" MacBook Air? :) It's the newest generation, with the upgraded 8 GB of memory. I paid $1299 for it recently. Just a thought! Chewie:
