I'm hoping that some of you Slingerland experts can help date this particular snare. What's throwing me are those plastic washers, as well as the pic of the shell, which doesn't include any reinforcement rings. Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!

Late 70's 5 ply shell, the nylon washers are aftermarket add on from a previous owner.
