I recently acquired a pearl challenger drum set, the kick and rack are matching but the floor tom is from something else. Can anyone ID the brand from the lugs? The floor tom is in some generic gold drum wrap, 16x16

Any ideas?

Looks like Hoshino lugs...but i am not sure!
