Hi, I have found a Ludwig & Ludwig snare from my late uncle's basement. From what I've seen on the identification section, it's from the early 20's, as identified by the badge. I'm not entirely sure if the switch or snares are original, and the drum head is not. I've included pictures, and any help is appreciated.

It looks like you have a 6 1/2 X 14" "Professional" model, c. 1927. The strainer is correct, but it's hard to tell from your out of focus pictures. The plastic heads & wires look like later additions from the 60's. BTW the heads & wires are of little importance. Try uploading some clear shots of the shell, & close ups of the strainer. Give the exact dimensions of the drum (Height of the shell, do not include the hoops, & width of the head, do not include the hoops). It's difficult to tell, but it looks like there are some extra holes in the shell. The badge does not seem to be in the right place,
