help identifying this kit listed as "vintage rogers" Last viewed: 16 hours ago

hello vintage drum forum, i come to you today in search of knowledge. please to be putting it in my think hole.

ran across this kit on craigslist very cheap. fairly obviously not a 60's rogers kit, but what might it be? i don't think the guy is trying to put one over, i think he just doesn't know and is going by the head. i really don't know much about old rogers drums either aside from enjoying them while reluctantly sharing backline.

anyhow they are quite cheap and i thought they might make a fun restoration project if they are worth the trouble at all. if not, maybe i'll still get them and blow them up in a video.

any help is muchly appreciated!

Look like Pearl lugs....definitely a MIJ type Tom mount

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

That hundred bucks would be much better invested on a night out with the wife.

Unless you really need another drumset, or have love for lower-quality 70s MIJ drums, pass.

Take someone else for the dinner. Or buy a nice cymbal. Or just save the money.
