Help IDing WFL drums Last viewed: 2 hours ago

Hi. First post here. I'm in need of a bit of help learning a bit more about this set.

This was my first drum set. I bought it on my own when I was 13 from a friend who had found it in his dad's basement. I figure since I've had it for almost ten years I might as well get to know a bit more about it. I only have the bass drum (14x22) and tom (9x13) that are from the same set. The floor tom I have is from another set that isn't WFL. It has no stamps or marks on it and looks pretty cheaply constructed, but I can tell it's old. I didn't post pictures of it because I don't think there's any reason to, but if anyone wants to see a picture of that I can throw it up as well.

Kevin, the wfl drums you have are very good drums, the 3rd pic the bass drum tom mount which is called the clipper mount model #778 dates from 1949-1957, I can't see the badge but it looks to be the last wfl badge before they went to the ludwig keystone badge, take a better pic of the badge, And I can tell you the exact year! the wrap is silver sparkle, nice drums, some of my favorites wfl's I mean!
