First vid looks like 6 lugs to me...therefore couldn't be a Downbeat.My guess is Jazz Combo

Also looks like a 13..... appears to be the same size as the top tom?

Hmm, good point jaghog.

The wooden hoops on the toms make it hard to tell.

It looks smaller than both floor toms to me also,

must be my eyes,hard to tell.....dunno!
