KO I lack the knowledge of many of you but I feel the same way, the large lugs should fit, I contacted the seller...he said he got them this way, the inside appears to have been repainted to match the bass drum...I am beginning to suspect it this not a Ludwig...

Vertical grain on the interior ply? And what are those metal inserts on the holes? I think that's a Japanese made drum shell you have there. It doesn't look very "Ludwig-ish" to my eye anyway.

+1.Pretty sure that's as far from a Ludwig shell as you're going to get.No badge,and that wrap looks like the new pink sparkle wrap,which is way too dark to be pink champagne sparkle.
