Hey friends!

Would love any knowledge of this snare drum I picked up a little while back. From what I can tell I know for sure it's brass, and that it's most likely some sort of british model since it seems to be a metric size on the heads?

If anyone knows or can lead me in the right direction of telling me what this drum is, what I can do to bring it up to playing ability and maybe even the value, that would be greatly appreciated!
