What i was trying to say if the drums are from WW2 years 1941-45 they would have the wooden lugs-{ toms}- on them not the metal lugs....Mikey

Agreed - I think the drums are probably 30's but no later than 40-41. I don't know when the war restriction came about...right when the war started 39? or a bit later 40-41 or so?

I'm still waiting for more photos from the seller - and a bit more information before I make my mind completely up.
