Hi..
Just bought this as an extra in on a recent purchase...can anyone let me know what year this Rogers is (1970's?) and what model it is too...many many thanks as always
Nice Rogers Dynasonic C.O.B.! I am guessing early 70's from the badge without serial numbers but the Ploughman Should be along shortly to confim or deny. He is the resident expert.

wow...thanks so much for the quick response..i could only find the badge on the id badge section so thought 70's too..thanks for the positive comment and nice to find out some information...any idea on cost for one of these??
You have an after market Rythmn Tech snare wire thingy on there,You are missing the aluminum snare snare frame and snares.
I had the rt piece you have on my dyna and hated it.I had the frame but no wires and they were hard to find,At the time puresound was not offering the replacement wires that they do now.
you can put reg wires on it and I did,it was O.K.,but when I put the original frame and puresound wires on it that made a big difference.
I sold my 70's era Dyna with the frame and pure sound wires for 275.00 a few years ago,and that seems to be what 70's era 5" depth Big R dynas are going for theses days.
I think you can find a frame for 75.00ish, the puresound wires about 40.00 ish.
I would pay no more that 175.00 for yours as is if it was in good condition.
Big R U.S.A badge with no serial # probably dates drum 1980 1981
Its not 70s.
It is a 1980/early 81 drum.

many many thanks for the information...got the drum for a very small amount so will probably sell it on
For you to sell in the UK or the continent, you will get much more for the drum than you will back to the USA. There are some fanatical Rogers guys in Germany, the Netherlands and even france. You could get 200 lbs for it, maybe more. But I think 200-250.
