Help w/Dating-Restoring... Last viewed: 1 hour ago

Hello- new to the Forum... restoring a 4 piece Slingerland "Cocktail" kit, keeping beautiful original rare(LOL) Red Sparkle Pearl wrap. Very straight,no frills hardware,...trouble is I've never seen a kit w/EVERY drum using center mounted lugs! Badges are Black-on-Brass Niles, maybe 1963 on.

So...Precision Drum is getting my kick drum inlay, bit I'll need help w/other hardware-especially wing screws. Snare is matching 5.5x14" Sparkling Red- (Currently standing in at my church gig for the Pearl Sessions undergoing strainer replacement.)

My dad bought it for me in '71, and I added NewBeat Hats (70's), AZ Crash(70's), and an Istanbul K Ride w/really wavy lathing (Date..?).

Looks to be a '67 or so Stage Band Outfit No. 74N by the Serial Number Guide and the Slingerland catalog in the Drum Guide.

Hi As Kevins stated its a "stage band" set,P.M. me with your parts needs i will have most every thing you need,lugs,t-rods,wing-nuts ete --but the rims for the toms--You are lucky to have the t-rods on the bass drum they are very hard to come by...Mikey
