This drum has 6 lugs that tighten into the bottom hoops claw. They are all about 5-6 inches long. The heads are made of leather, the snares are individual cords pulled taught through the throw. All can be seen in the photos. any and help finding age and value is highly appreciated.

Sounds like an older and or student level single tension model.
